Dli Shar is an important and unique project in the beloved city of Sulaimaniyah, with the newest modern design designed by large engineering companies, making deciding whether to buy a unit in the project is much easier. Residential buildings:- - Three floors of each building are dedicated to a closed car park - The ground and first floors of each building consist of commercial center and bazzar (The bazzar extends along all four buildings). - 27 floors of each building are special to residence - Each floor of the building consists of 6 apartments - Each of the apartments has a kitchen cabinet, clothes cabinet, and shoes rack. - In building A and B, apartments have an area of (200 and 250 )m². - In building C and D, apartments have an area of (153 and 220 )m². - 300m in the project, it's special for running and exercise. - There is Helipad at the building's rooftop, for helicopter landing - There are 644 units in all four buildings. - The upper floor of each building consists of two Penthouses our project will provide 6000m² of the project land for the garden and greenery. Buildings and units have all the welfare tools provided, all around the units have balconies, and all units are designed in a way that other apartments will not be blocked in front of them, meaning they can enjoy the view of Sulaymaniyah without obstacles. as well as the door handle of all units are smart.
