DC Towers is a modern family-oriented project located on 120m Street in Erbil, Hawley Nwe, next to Barzani Charity Foundation. The project consists of 10 residential towers (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, D1, D2, D3, and D4). Each tower includes 1–2 commercial floors and 5 parking floors, there are extensive greenery, and appropriate distances have been kept between the towers so families can live comfortably. The towers rise along New Erbil Kornish, which is expected to become a major tourism and commercial destination.
