Spanish Village project (eco-friendly) is one of the projects that change the concept of uniqueness and coexistence. This project is located in the upper part of Kirkuk province in Shoraw, behind Baba Gur Gur university, and Majdi Mall, near Garden city project. Spanish village is separated with a private service road surrounding the compound, bordered by a wall of trees, on 40 dunam of land area. Another key feature that distinguishes the compound is the provision of solar energy for each residential unit, supplying 16 amperes instead of using generators.
